This simulator is for educational purposes only. It calculates basic hydrostatic pressure using the equation P = ρgh. It does not replace clinical judgment and does not account for system resistance, catheter gauge, viscosity, actual venous pressure, or active flow control.
In this environment, the calculated height remains conceptually compatible with a gravity-fed IV bag.
In extremely low gravity, an IV bag stops being a practical solution, and an infusion pump or another pressurized system would normally be required.
